Bi-Weekly Core Groups
After your application has been approved, you will be matched with a group of 7 men in structured sessions where you’ll get actionable feedback, share your challenges, and gain insights you can’t find elsewhere.
These Core Groups, with the guidance of a facilitator, are intentionally small, allowing you to dive deep into your challenges and receive the feedback you need to make meaningful progress.
These groups aren’t just about talking—they’re about getting results. You’ll walk away from each session with actionable steps and a renewed sense of purpose.
Right now, Core Groups are only available in-person in the Greater Nashville Area. Sessions happen bi-weekly and are 1.5 hours long.

Noble Seven is a private network designed for mid-career, high-performance dads who want to excel both personally and professionally. Through small, structured Core Groups, you’ll get the support, guidance, and actionable feedback you need to navigate the challenges of life with clarity and purpose.

Core Groups are small, bi-weekly sessions (1.5 hours long) where 7 men come together to share their challenges, receive personalized feedback, and gain insights for growth.
These groups are intentionally designed to foster deep connections and provide a clear, structured path to help you thrive in your professional and personal lives.
Each Core Group will have a dedicated facilitator.
How can I get on the waitlist?
If you are interested in becoming a member of Noble Seven, you can join the waitlist.
The initial launch of Noble Seven will be in November 2024, offering a limited number of men the chance to join our first Core Groups.
If accepted to the first cohort(s), you’ll have early access to this transformative experience and will help shape the future of the Noble Seven community.

Are Core Groups virtual or in-person?

How do I apply and what is the vetting process?
NOTE: At this time, if you are interested in applying for membership, please join the waitlist.
When the application process opens, anyone can feel free to apply by filling out a short application​. (If you have been referred by a current Noble Seven member, please make sure to mention their name in the "Referral" option on the application)
Joining Noble Seven involves a three-step process:
  1. First, we ask you to fill out an application, which should take less than 5 minutes. At this step, we'll evaluate your qualification and reach out when we see a potential fit in an upcoming cohort.
  1. You’ll schedule a 30-minute Zoom interview with our founder, where we can learn more about you and you can learn more about Noble Seven.
  1. Your completed application will go through a series of additional steps, and you'll back hear from us with an update in a few days!
