These Core Groups, with the guidance of a facilitator, are intentionally small, allowing you to dive deep into your challenges and receive the feedback you need to make meaningful progress.

Right now, Core Groups are only available in-person in the Greater Nashville Area. Sessions happen bi-weekly and are 1.5 hours long.

Core Groups are small, bi-weekly sessions (1.5 hours long) where 7 men come together to share their challenges, receive personalized feedback, and gain insights for growth.
These groups are intentionally designed to foster deep connections and provide a clear, structured path to help you thrive in your professional and personal lives.
Each Core Group will have a dedicated facilitator.
How is Noble Seven different from other networks?
Noble Seven is uniquely designed for men, in their prime working years, balancing their career and families. Our Core Groups provide a structured environment where you can get real feedback and clarity on your growth—not just surface-level advice.
Whereas organizations like YPO, EO, Hampton are meant for presidents, C-suite executives, and/or founders, Noble Seven is tailored to those on their way to the top.
Are Core Groups virtual or in-person?
At this time, our Core Groups are in-person only for the Greater Nashville Area.

How do I apply and what is the vetting process?
Anyone can feel free to apply by filling out a short application​. (If you have been referred by a current Noble Seven member, please make sure to mention their name in the "Referral" option on the application)
Joining Noble Seven involves a three-step process:
  1. First, we ask you to fill out an application, which should take less than 5 minutes. At this step, we'll evaluate your qualification and reach out when we see a potential fit in an upcoming cohort.
  1. We will reach out to schedule a 30-minute interview with our founder, where we can learn more about you and you can learn more about Noble Seven.
  1. After your application and interview are complete, and you'll back hear from us with an update in a few days!
